Madalyn Osborne
NSA, Notary, Field Inspector
Madalyn has been working as a Notary Signing Agent for more than 2 years and obtained her certification as a Notary from the National Notary Association for the state of Florida.
​ Madalyn is an avid member of the NNA, as well as, the Florida Notary Association. She is currently continuing her education at the University of West Florida as an accounting major.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her friends & family, and enjoying date night with her sweetheart.​

Angela Varos

Angela Varos, is a dedicated Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent, with several years of experience serving the Emerald Coast community.
As a proud wife and mother, she values family, connection, and integrity—principles that guide her work every day.
She has a passion for helping others, building lasting relationships, and ensuring each client’s experience is positive, convenient, professional, and stress-free.
Currently, Angela is pursuing her Paralegal Degree at the University of West Florida, to combine with her Notary services.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling with her husband, writing books and crafting.

Pete Varos

Pete Varos, has been working as a Notary Public, Loan Signing Agent, and Field Inspector for over 2 years, serving the Emerald Coast community.
He is a father and husband that values family, and integrity.
Pete enjoys working with each client he encounters. He builds lasting relationships, and his client’s always enjoy getting to know him.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, going on cruises with his wife, watching West Virginia University Football and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers.
